We are active on both the buy side and sell side of the industry, giving us unique insight into emerging trends and issues. FOCUSED RECRUITING: We work exclusively with investment banking, investment management (including hedge funds and private equity firms), prime brokerage & correspondent clearing firms, and the investment advisory community.

MINIMAL LIMITS/CONFLICTS: Due to our focus on building long-term relationships and repeat engagements with clients, there are very few firms that are off limits in our recruiting efforts.

FEE STRUCTURE: Our fees are structured so that we can work together as partners and insure that we are incentivized to best meet your needs. We offer retained services and in certain instances contingent services as well.

PROCESS: We provide an efficient process designed to produce timely results. We work closely with our clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their needs. We then conduct a targeted research process, as necessary. In many cases we are already in contact with top candidates. We then select and provide a targeted set of candidates for presentation. We coordinate the entire process from arranging candidate interviews through negotiating and closing offers and assisting in the candidate's transition process.
